This lovely little cottage is ideal for young couples looking for a unique location in quiet surroundings. It is surrounded by a small pine forest, but at the same time just five minutes on foot from Capoliveri.

From the partly sheltered terrace, overlooking the sea, you can enjoy the splendid, unique sunsets. On clear days islands like Montecristo, Corsica and Pianosa can be seen.

Parking is available in front of the cottage. There is also a huge outdoor barbecue at your disposal.

This nice cottage (20 qm) disposes of all the necessary, i.e., a kitchen area, a double bed and a wardrobe.

Of course there is also the bathroom with a shower and toilet (you enter the toilet and bathroom from the terrace).
